We do not accept insurance to focus on providing high-quality, personalized care without the constraints and limitations of traditional insurance models. By eliminating insurance, we can offer more time with each patient, transparent pricing, and direct access to your healthcare provider.
In most cases, yes! If your card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, we may be able to accept it as a form of payment.
You may use our online booking tool, call our office at (910) 777-5888, or simply walk in during business hours. If you are already an established patient, you may also use the online portal to chat with staff.
Currently, we treat patients ages 13 and up. This allows us to focus on providing the best care for teens and adults.
We accept major credit cards, most HSA/FSA cards, and cash. If you are set up on a monthly payment plan such as weight loss or Direct Primary Care (DPC), a debit/credit card is required to remain on file.
If you are not a Direct Primary Care (DPC) patient, you should cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. Failing to do so will result in your card being charged a missed appointment fee. Repeatedly missing appointments without proper cancellation will result in dismissal from our services.
Yes! We offer telehealth video visits for both new and established patients at just $40 per visit. This is a convenient option for treating minor illnesses like cold, flu, allergies, UTIs, and sinus infections from the comfort of your home. Prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy.
We do not prescribe controlled substances, including narcotic pain medications (such as oxycodone, hydrocodone), benzodiazepines (such as Xanax, Valium), or stimulant/ADHD medications (such as Adderall, Ritalin). If you require these medications, please consult with an appropriate specialist.
