Do you accept insurance?

We are a self-pay practice and do not file insurance. That lets us keep pricing clear, give patients more direct access, and avoid surprise bills.

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?

In most cases, yes. If your HSA or FSA card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, we can generally accept it.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and same-day appointments are often available. Booking ahead is the best way to reserve a specific time.

What ages do you treat?

Carawan Health currently sees teens and adults ages 13 and older.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer $40 video visits for many minor illnesses, including cold and allergy symptoms, sinus concerns, and uncomplicated UTIs.

Do you offer hormone testing?

Yes. Carawan Health can help with hormone lab testing. Men seeking testosterone evaluation and ongoing TRT care can also visit our sister brand, TRT-NC. Women's HRT care is coming soon.
